"Winform Racing Club Members scored big time on Saturday when they were able to box our top six horses in the day's Feature Race the Tattersalls Cup for an amazing $24,600 Trifecta and the First Four which paid over $109,000!!" The winner paid $23.40 and the quinella $207.70, so there were several ways to collect.

One popular bet with the Unitab is a rover. With a rover you put your standout horse into each place within the other horses you choose for the chances. In this race Lottery Prize was a standout selection. Lottery Prize could have been roved with the next six selections at a cost of $105 for a quarter share (the minimum bet is for 25cents) of the mammoth prize and $60 for the rover trifecta (a losing bet in this case). A box 6 cost $90 for the First Four or $60 for the Trifecta. The quinella cost was just $15. A box seven cost a lot more at $630 for a quarter share but only $105 for the Trifecta.
